With Rotation, Favn has gained a single platform for the entire renting-out process — from exposure and interest lists to contracts and reporting.

Rotation was chosen as the primary system in their tech stack because it could support both the first rental project and the portfolio that follows.

Interest lists that make it possible to handle large volumes of leads across projects and are highly efficient for exposure and marketing.

White Label ensures that Favn can showcase their properties within their own visual universe. It preserves their brand, strengthens recognition, and increases trust.

A unified inquiry flow and the contracts. Now all requests, responses, templates, and agreements can be handled directly in the system.

Tailored solutions

In close collaboration with Favn, we further developed features that not only met their specific needs but also strengthened the system for other users.

Here are the two most significant ones:

A customized iframe display for the website. The units are shown in Favn’s own design, ensuring no compromise in user experience or aesthetics. Based on Favn’s feedback, the option to tailor the display was made available to all users.

Saved replies and text templates were developed in collaboration with Favn. Now inquiries can be handled quickly and consistently, and a significant amount of time is saved by not having to write the same messages over and over again. Messages can even be sent to multiple recipients at once.
