Templates make contract creation easy
We help you configure the required contract templates for the A10 type form, accommodating variations in the property and contract appendices. You can then easily modify the template whenever needed.
Automated contract generation
Once a unit is reserved for a prospective tenant, a tenancy agreement can be created with just a few clicks. The tenant provides the necessary information in their contract request, allowing tenant and unit data to be automatically inserted into the tenancy agreement template.
In 9 out of 10 cases, the tenancy agreement is ready to send without further work. When the data foundation is accurate, human errors in the tenancy agreement are eliminated.
Make corrections without starting from scratch
Should any changes be required after the tenancy agreement has been sent for signature, you can simply cancel the signing process and modify the agreement as it was at the time of sending.
Electronic signature using MitID
With a single click, the tenancy agreement is dispatched for signing in the specified order, using MitID or a screen signature option for users without MitID.
