How the integration works
1. Integration activated
Log in to Rotation, select Add calendar integration and connect your Outlook or Google account. Setup only takes a few minutes.
2. Bookings are synced
All showings, open showings and open houses you're assigned to are automatically created in your calendar.
3. Details included
The calendar entry includes the address, title (e.g. “F: Lyskær 13B, 1.th”), number of attendees and a direct link to the booking in Rotation.
4. Changes update automatically
If the time, address or attendees change in Rotation, the changes are pushed to your calendar in under a minute.
5. Always up to date – with no duplicate work
You can trust that your calendar is always correct – so you can spend your time on showings and tenants instead of admin.
